Achieving Healthy Lifestyle is a challenge?!

Staying consistent in your fitness journey can be a challenge. But, you can always overcome such a crisis by taking the appropriate measures.

Hello, my readers, you might have noticed that at the end of my blog, I write "Stay Safe, Stay Healthy and Stay Fit". 
That's what I wish for all glorious eyes reading my blog, to be blessed with health & happiness. 
So, today for everyone out there who is looking for methods or measures to lead a healthful life, here are 7 to-do  to stay fit and consistent. So, let's dive in together into them in detail.


Plan And Prioritize


As said in my previous blog 'Brain Vs Stress', in this digital era, every single person is engaged in cubicles of projects, tasks, and deadlines, that make their lives hectic. Thus, due to a lack of time in their daily schedule, they avoid prioritizing their health and well-being. This leads to physical, emotional and mental issues in one's life. 
Therefore, one needs to put aside an hour or two a day to focus on health and self-care. Nowadays, it's easy for us to set a timetable and put reminders accordingly, you just have to use resources in the best way.


Starting Small And Setting Short-Term Goals


Instead of kick-starting your fitness journey by indulging in high-intensity workouts and quitting them in no time, it is best to start slow. It also applies to any dietary plan you intended to bring into your lifestyle as well.
 Here you can have some SMART short-term goals and move ahead by setting new goals as the previous one is achieved. The simplest step can be by eating at least a one-time healthy meal and ensuring that you stick to it.


Track Your Daily Activities 



Most of us set some fitness goals and try to achieve them. But eventually, we would lose the track of them and fail to accomplish them.
It is when keeping your day-to-day physical activity can become beneficial.
Therefore, whether it be walking or another physical exercise or be it your diet, you can keep a track of them to assure your progress.



Understanding The Science Of What You Do


There are countless dietary plans and physical workout routines out there. But, trying them all without knowing the pros and cons can affect you adversely. 
You have to look into the scientific side of engaging in workouts or starting any diet plan. For an instance, you have to check why you should quit white bread and white rice.
When you analyse these things scientifically, it'll help you with your metabolism and improve your health. Therefore, look for the logic behind the activity you want to do.



Handling Mistakes Efficiently


Some of us might mess up a workout or a diet plan we have created. It can be due to procrastination, lack of time or other reasons. Regardless of these factors, you have to form a way to handle them efficiently.
It can be a backup plan of how you will overcome the situation. I would prefer that it is best to create one before you start the initial plan.


Celebrate Small Achievements



Yes, it becomes necessary to celebrate your small achievements especially when you are on a journey to build consistency. These celebrations can act as motivation for you to pursue your fitness goals.
For instance, a small achievement can be completing a 30-days workout challenge. 



Stay Motivated 


Since there are high chances of backing out, it is essential to stay motivated. You can do so by making your activity fun and enjoyable. Try to mix up things and adopt flexibility. And by the way, there is nothing wrong with having daybreak or a cheat day once in a while. 

At last, you need to understand that all workouts and diet plans will work when you feel it is something for your goodwill, as adding a healthcare practice to your daily schedule makes you active, fit and eventually consistent towards your work too.
