Growth Mindset - Why is it important to grow?
"If you can't fly, then run. If you can't run, then walk. If you can't walk, then crawl; But whatever you do, you keep moving forward!"
An all-time motivating quote by Great king Martin Luther.
Hey everyone! Hope that all my readers are healthy and prosperous. Today, here I am with another blog on
how important is growth in our lives?
The very first thing we all should understand is that growth is a process, not a destination, though it leads you to your destiny.
Growth is like climbing up the ladder, but one step at a time towards success.
Although we may never see the road immediately, we can rest assured that we're closer to where we're going than where we're coming from......but only when we keep moving!
We all desire to grow, to move, and this instinct makes us constantly feel like pushing the boundaries....boundaries of our comfort.
My readers, you may have heard the saying that," what doesn't kill you won't make you stronger."
It is true in the real sense because growth is desirable, but the process is not always the bed of roses.
Some day you may wake up doubting your abilities or sufferings from mental pains. But all you have to do is to keep telling yourselves that they are stepping stones for the next phase of growth.
See, there's no victory without a fight!
You may find yourselves keep fighting to overcome bad habits, striving to learn new skills, dealing with an addiction and all sorts of experiences.
But without the challenges, life throws to us, how else we are supposed to improve our mental capacities and become a better version of ourselves?
The best part is that once you can conquer the level where you are, you immediately qualify for the next phase of growth, and you will have the courage to help others as well.
Every successful professional, behind their expertise, there are the moments of self-doubts, mistakes, years of sweating and training ......maybe some tears too!
But once they grew, they become wiser, more knowledgeable and the ones who have gone ahead to leave their footprints in the sand of time.
At last, always remember Growth is a part of our existence. So, let nothing hold you back, not even the failures or mistakes of the past.
Don't just grow physically, grow mentally as well, and watch your life progress in an upward trajectory!
