Today I'll share the best "8 Habits that will help you to improve your life positively. "

First,  forget inspiration. Habit is more dependable. Habits will sustain you whether you're inspired or not.

        Making positive changes in your life is not always easy. After all, there are so many habits to choose from.


Now, the question may arise that. Which ones are worth the effort? 

    Or Which ones will make the biggest change in your day to day life? 

For answering these questions, here, I'll tell you 8 Habits that will make positive change and that are worth developing. And if implemented, can improve your mental and emotional health.



 1. Appreciate and Be Grateful

We naturally tend to focus on the negative. It just made sense for our survival as a species, but today it's much less useful than in the past.

This focus on the negative can make us take for granted everything we have.

  If you practice gratitude, you will make a habit of recognizing good things and therefore, appreciate them.



 2. Self-care

Self-care involves various practices from good sleep to meditation. In general, it is referred to as doing things that help you to rest, relax and recharge your battery. 

AIM at least 2 or 3 activities that help you to achieve the above verbs.



 3. Align your priorities regularly

Life with all its distractions just gets in the way. I'll explain this with an example; if you prioritize health, but spend your whole day in front of the TV, there is a clear mismatch and you might need to integrate exercise as a regular part of your life.



 4. Build a strong professional network

Making a habit of networking, you can connect with people professionally via social networks, events and so.

This is important becoz professional relationships can make a bigger difference in terms of opportunities we can access.



5. Invest in the three pillars of health

Our health is based on three sets of habits;

How we sleep, how we eat, and how we exercise. These are the core elements that focus on keeping our physical and mental health.


6. Live in the now

The present is all we have, so we need to be mindful of it. Trying to pay more attention and cultivate awareness of the here and 'the now' is one of the best habits to develop becoz it allows us to appreciate and enjoy it.



 7. Spend more time with others

Our relationships are what makes us happy, often more so than another factor. A great habit to cultivate is that of spending more time with those dear to us and less time on things that don't matter.



 8. Learn to use yes or no 

Saying yes can open the door to new experiences and happiness. 

Our no is the main tool for setting boundaries, protecting ourselves and taking care of our well-being.

Learning to find a balance between saying yes or no to things is one of the best habits to develop.
